Each of our hubs hosts a bi-weekly MDT Meetings. During these meeting we discuss patients with complex needs allowing an effective way to get to the root of issues. These types of group discussions can lead to quicker resolutions and more joined up care.
Our MDT Meetings are attended by many different professionals who work across many different areas such as Healthcare, Social Care, Community based roles and council departments.
