We use Joy as a tool to support our social prescribing.
Joy helps us to stay in touch with patients who are being supported by a social prescriber and helps us connect you into local services in our area.
From time to time you may receive emails from us that are sent via hello@thejoyapp.com. This helps us to keep the information in the emails secure, you may need to enter your date of birth to access the message details.
You may also receive text messages which are sent to you by us using Joy. This also helps to keep these messages secure and you may need to enter your date of birth to view the full message details.
