About Us

The Arc Bucks PCN (Primary Care Network) was formed in 2019.

Primary Care Networks are groups of GP practices working closely together, and building on existing Primary Care Services this enables greater provision of personalised, coordinated and more integrated health and social care for people in the local communities. Healthcare staff and organisations include the following:

  • GP’s
  • Physician Associates
  • Physiotherapists
  • Paramedics
  • Health and Wellbeing Coach
  • Mental Health Practitioner
  • Pharmacists
  • Pharmacy Technicians
  • Social Prescribers
  • Care Coordinators

Our PCN comprises of 6 Buckinghamshire GP practices, collaboratively working together for their population of 85,000 patients.

  • The Simpson Centre and Penn Surgery.  
  • Millbarn Medical Centre. 
  • Bourne End and Wooburn Green Medical Centre.  
  • Highfield Surgery.
  • Cherrymead Surgery.
  • Marlow Medical Group.

The Arc Bucks PCN has close links with other community staff and use multi-disciplinary teams across primary and community care, district nurses and adult social care, local communities, voluntary groups and many more. 

Our goals are dedicated to providing an outstanding healthcare service, supporting the GP practices and the communities that surrounds them; focusing on what is strong and growing on those local assets, consisted of individuals, groups knowledge and activities that create a Community Network that builds strength, resilience, and empowerment.
