Walking Football sessions for those aged 50+ and/or with a long-term health condition.
The sessions are inclusive and will seek to improve both physical and mental health in a fun, friendly and sociable atmosphere. Our sessions are completely inclusive and open to beginners and/or anyone that would like to return to the game via a slower paced version of football.
