Our program begins with informative sessions on nutrition and motivation, progresses to the Couch to 5K program, and concludes with further awareness sessions on nutrition, advancing your exercise routine, and guidance on other agencies to support your future goals.
The first meeting takes place on the 23/09/2024 at 5:45 at the Buckinghamshire New Uni reception.
