They are very informal and are for everyone affected by Parkinson’s — including spouses, partners, family members and carers:

• Drop-in — no need to book or let us know you’re coming
• Mutual support and encouragement
• Chance to share tips and experiences
• Make new friends
• Occasional special guests

Spouses, partners and other family carers often say they would like to spend time with other carers to share their experiences and hints and tips. So we can arrange a “carers corner” for 30 minutes or so during each meeting for everyone who wants to participate.
