Gambling is also known as the ‘hidden addiction’, and quite often the signs are not clear. However, from experience, we understand that these are the most common ways to identify if your own or someone else’s gambling has become harmful.
If you recognise these signs, we are here to support you. Our services are free, confidential and operate 24/7.

You just have to be a Buckinghamshire resident and/or registered with a GP practice in the county.
Here4YOUth – offers advice, support and guidance to young people who may have drug or alcohol misuse problems, signposts to other support services and works with those impacted by domestic drug and alcohol use. They work with children as young as 10 years old.
We welcome walk-ins at our welcome centre, where you can meet our friendly team. You can also get in touch via our online referral system, or if you would feel more comfortable to meet a member of our team in an environment you are more familiar with, please do not hesitate to ask.

Adfam is the only national charity tackling the effects of alcohol, drug use or gambling on family members and friends.
Families Anonymous is a world-wide fellowship of family members and friends affected by another’s abuse of mind-altering substances, or related behavioral problems. FA has groups, spread throughout the country, which meet regularly.
Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from their addiction.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using cocaine and all other mind-altering substances. There are no dues or fees for membership; we are fully self-supporting through our own contributions.
