Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, our free Counselling Service is for Buckinghamshire residents aged 18 years old or above who are registered with a Bucks GP. People who are either on a low income or are in receipt of benefits or pension are eligible to access the service. As part of the funding criteria, you will need to provide evidence of your financial situation to ensure you meet the required conditions.
As well as self-referrals, we accept referrals from other health professionals, for example, GPs, Social Workers, or a Health Care Professionals.
Stamp Out Suicide (Registred Charity No: 1171162 ) is a counselling service for anyone in England, Scotland and Wales living with suicidal thoughts. Call us free on 07766-808-222. We are here to listen and provide free ongoing over the phone counselling and help people get through their darkest moments.
Suicide is not something that hits out at any one select group of people, it can come knocking on anyone’s door at any time of day or night.

We are a registered charity providing free and confidential counselling to adults and young people in Windsor, Maidenhead and Slough, supporting those in distress where clients can feel valued and heard.
Number 22 provides counselling, advocacy and independent visiting services to the community, free at the point of use.
Mediation is a way of resolving disputes and improving relationships between people who come into regular contact with each other such as neighbours, family members, students, work colleagues, business customers, and businesses.
Mediation provides a framework that gives those involved an equal chance to voice their concerns and to listen to what others have to say in a confidential and safe environment. This process allows the issues to be identified, solutions to be discussed, and an agreement to be reached.

The idea for Mental Health Mates came from journalist and mental health campaigner Bryony Gordon, who set up her first local group in London in 2016. Now the #findyourwe campaign has enabled volunteer led groups to spring up all over the country connecting people dealing with mental ill-health and their carers, loved ones and families who are welcome to attend.
Mind the Gap social and activity groups offer the opportunity to meet as and when you want to, make friends, share experiences, learn from each other and enjoy a social life.

The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis.
This is a free app for people with suicidal ideation and to help those at risk of suicide and people who are worried about someone else.
