There are lots of ways you can get support or find out about support and opportunities for you. The Arc Bucks social prescribing and health & wellbeing coaches works alongside your medical practice.
You could start by searching our Directory to find out about support in your area. You may like to join one of our regular Talking Cafes in and around Marlow and Beaconsfield.
You may prefer to see a support worker for a one-to-one appointment, on the phone or in person. You might even be interested in volunteering in your community and training as a Community Connector.
