Ten Footsteps Programme

When people self manage their pain, their quality of life improves. Eventually it stops dominating their day and they begin to get more out of life.

Knowing how to manage your pain is not automatic – but it is something that you can learn.

This Live Well With Pain course is designed to help support people living with chronic pain. The programme consists of five workshops that will help people to more confidently manage their health and pain.

This course is facilitated by our Social Prescribing team.
