Hawthornden Surgery: Wharf Lane, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5RX
The practice serves around 14,000 residents within our catchments area.
We are friendly and diverse team consisting of multiple GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Phlebotomists, Midwifes, Physiotherapists, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians. The clinical team is support by a vast administration and practice management team working behind the scenes.
