2 Year Funding is a government scheme designed to provide up to 15 hours of funded childcare each week to low-income families (earn less than £15,400/year after tax), who have a child who is 2 years old, for children who after Looked After or adopted and those in receipt of Disability Living Allowance or an Education, Health & Care Plan.
