Walking Football sessions for those aged 50+ and/or with a long-term health condition.
The sessions are inclusive and will seek to improve both physical and mental health in a fun, friendly and sociable atmosphere. Our sessions are completely inclusive and open to beginners and/or anyone that would like to return to the game via a slower paced version of football.

Holmer Green Stroke Support group provides information and peer support to survivors and carers. Recreational and social activities are on offer. This includes games, baking, music, conversation, communication support, exercise sessions and talks.
Meetings at Marlow Age concern and Pheonix Club Marlow Stroke Club welcomes membership from people affected by stroke in the Marlow and surrounding area of South Buckinghamshire.
The group provides a club for social interaction where members play games, have tea & cake, and do physiotherapy as a group.
