StreetLink exists to help end rough sleeping by enabling members of the public to connect people sleeping rough with the local services that can support them.
At Connection Support our team of staff members and volunteers work alongside people to overcome life’s challenges. Why? Because our mission is to support everyone in our society to become safely and sustainably housed and live as independently as possible. And to do that we provide a wide range of services which offer support with homelessness, housing support, mental health, independent living, preventing isolation, parental mentoring, refugee resettlement and social prescribing.

This county-wide floating support service is for people who need support to manage and maintain their accommodation if it is at risk. We can offer a bespoke package of support for up to 6 MONTHS, centred around you and your life, to tackle the reasons you are struggling to maintain your property, Including: Managing your tenancy, Housing advice, Budgeting, Accessing financial support, Employment, Education and training opportunities, Health and wellbeing, Signposting to other support services. AHAG run clinics every Thursday where free legal advice and advocacy is available relating to housing and other concerns
Support for those who have a hoarding problem and can receive practical help and advice to help with a hoarding habit. They can also help with support for de cluttering. Mainly online, but do have a telephone support helpline.

A grant to assist with modifications to housing for those with a disability, e.g. installing wet rooms, building ramps. This is applied for by going through the Adult early help team and will require an OT assessment.
